Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados, mashed. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/2 cup diced tomato. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Juice of 1 lime. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 slices of toasted bread. 1 cup crab meat. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning. Lettuce leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine the mashed avocados, diced red onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, and lime juice. Mix well. Season the guacamole with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. In another bowl, mix together the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Old Bay seasoning until well combined. Spread a generous layer of guacamole onto each slice of toasted bread.
