🐷My quick tips for epic crackling! 🤓Let me know what your roasting tips are - did I miss anything? ➖➖➖➖➖➖ 1. Let the pork joint to come to room temperature before you cook it. 2. Make sure the skin is super dry before you roast it. To dry the skin, you can put the uncovered joint in the fridge and pat dry with kitchen roll. 3. Score the skin before roasting with a sharp knife if not already scored. The reason you do this is because it allows the fat from underneath to bubble up and crisping the skin. 4. Drizzle the join with oil and then sprinkle the skin well with sea salt and black pepper before you place the joint in the super hot oven! 5. Make sure your oven is at its highest temperature to get the crackling off to a crispy start.
