Roasted Suckling pig It's crispy and not fat at all, the taste of the barley with the truffle matches so well together. Very suitable for those who have a big stomach, the portion is quite large. One surprising and touching part of it is the service, when the body parts of the dish was finished, the waiter took the remaining parts, the head, the legs and they did not just chop them for us, but reheated it.
