Here’s a completely not heavy question - care to share any of the songs you put together in May’s playlist? I wouldn’t mind sketching her at some point and I use music pretty heavily when I work, some inspiration would be lovely!!! (Technically from user Spinedog, this is my main blog that has zero RWBY content)

I’m still building a playlist right now that actually fits May... BUT!!! 

What I can do is give you some of the songs I listened to on repeat while preparing to do VO to get ME into a hyped up mood and mental space.

I will say - I don’t think she is Henry Marigold after transitioning. He had a different voice actor (obviously, but I went back and found the credits from Vol4 just to be sure), and it’s definetly been less than a year since Henry was a jerk to Weiss at the party. Maybe Remnant is different, but that is a real damn fast transition. That said, she’s definitely related to him! And she could easily be a trans woman that was his brother! I just don’t think she’s the same person.

My theory is that they’re identical twins where one turned out to be a trans woman. I am entertained by the idea of them being the same person and Weiss meeting May and being told “you already know me”, but I don’t think it’s true.

Also I will say, I don’t think a VA is an indicator of that. If a character transitioned, I think CRWBY would change VAs, because it would be insensitive to have a cis man playing a trans woman and they have enough people in the community to tell them that before they make that decision. Including Kdin. And, other characters have changed VAs for no in character reasons - Mercury, Ren, Qrow - but instead real life reasons. So it stands to reason that an in character reason for a VA change is possible.

Partially I included that theory so that people didn’t send me BUT WHAT IF THEYRE THE SAME PERSON concepts when I’d already thought of that.

MamaBear Theresa and DeNephew Sammy came to town to visit! I was beyond excited to spend time with them, but my time with them got cut short because I got sick. I’m glad I got to spend some time with them though because it totally would’ve sucked if I didn’t get the see them the whole time they were down. It was great seeing Sammy on the beach for his first time ever, but I’m extremely bummed out I didn’t get to take him to Jaxson’s for ice cream (I promise next time though bud). What happened such a great experience first visit 4 more ago. Still really great Cornmeal Catfish n Hush puppies. Such a shame that's it. Her Chicken Fingers now the size of pretzel sticks tough to eat and the fries had to been setting from last night. How can a company survive, well they won't I assure you this location won't last.
