Given the amount of time the Ninja have spent in the Kingdom of Madness in both seasons of Dragons Rising, you'd think they'd have run into these really disturbing mud monsters. But instead, they haven't seen any weird mud at all--

wait a minute...

This couldn't be the same mud, could it?

The sacred mud has life-giving properties, and the mud monsters seem to be alive. It's a different color, sure, but that could just be blue seasoning. The Ninja clearly recognize blue mud as mud, so maybe post-Merge, mud is blue.

Or maybe the blue mud is all that's left since the normal-colored mud was eaten first. We conspicuously haven't seen a mud monster in Dragons Rising, so...

Hey everyone!

I got all the pieces to build my Cragling MOC ( [SWB 185] Cragling ) with real pieces.

Really like how it turned out! Especially love how expressive he turned out, with the adjustable eyebrows.

Reminder that the Craglings are intelligent beings who have their own society and even poetry, and Wu and Garmadon respond to them by immediately attacking. The biggest crime the Craglings committed was walking slowly toward them WITH THEIR HANDS UP.

Will they re-form later? Hopefully, but for the Spinjitzu Brothers, murdering innocent rock people is just an average day.

You have to wonder where Lloyd got his "all life has value" ideology from because it clearly wasn't his father or mentor.

After their fun appearance in Dragons Rising, I thought the Craglings would need some kind of LEGO build representation. All pieces used come in these colors, the nose is a custom decal.
