Happy New Year from Germany!
As we start 2025 I have a big announcement to make!📣
As we draw close to the end of 2024 I wanted to do another MOC-Summary with some of my favorites from this year!
What were your favorites?
Last year I built a MOC called Astarr and Soluu.
This model was a bit of an experiment of a technic based and system enhanced buildable figure.
I recently, finally got around to build it physically.
(I made some minimal changes because of current parts availability)
I'm very happy with Astarrs posability.
They can pull of some really cool and dynamic poses and the gear function and posability can coexist quite well.
Maybe a little more friction for the gear function would be nice.
Soluu is a very fun little build, that can also achieve some nice stepping motion poses with the little feet and the waist rotation.
Long time followers might remember I started by sharing System Bionicle Set concepts for TTVs Brickonicle project. But there was one last model I built 5 years ago, that I never shared: The Shrine of Water After all these years, I finally finished the last renders.
I wanted to stay stylistically true to how I did all my builds back then. I got out my old render program, files and painted on the makeshift masks like I did back then. This was quite the nostalgia trip and I hope people who remember the old builds feel so as well.
The figures in this model are Gali, Nokama and Guurahk. With Nokama being a first in this model.
I hope I could give you all some nostalgia with this blast from the past!
NEON-Bot
Nothing like a chill evening building a funny robot.
Happy Day of the Departed
It is time to light our lanterns!🏮🏮🏮
Took some nice autumn pics for the occasion.
The Phantom Extreme Bike
A bike I built for Seliel for a future update of my Ninjago project: Ninjago - A Shift in the Balance
Will probably add some stickers to it.
My completely purist Bonzle Custom!
Found this torso in a BAM bin at the LEGO Store and immediately thought it would be perfect for her.
Happy October! 🦴💀
Here's my little combo model I built on yesterdays Keep the Piece stream.
Super-Dragon-Jet Z-Blob!
Built with the two sets 71454 Mateo and Z-Blob the Robot & 80041 Mei's Dragon Jet!
Mr. E's Vengeance Mech 🦾👹⚙️
For a while I thought the Ninja's Titan Mechs would need something to go up against. So, I wanted to build a large scale mech for one of the villains.
Of course I had to pick Mr. E!
But that's not all, the mech has a transformation:
VENGEANCE MODE 👹⚔️
By folding down the Mecha-Oni-Mask, and expanding the jet-pack into two additional arms, we can show the Ninja the power of the Mask of Vengeance!
Here's a little video to show off the mech from all sides as well as demonstrate the transformation:
Thank you all for checking out this MOC!
Very happy with this one and was a lot of fun to build a model all about celebrating Mr. E in the Titan Mech style.
Happy Hydro Whipper Day to all the brave Whipper Warriors out there!
But even the mighty Hydro Whippers might need some backup sometimes:
Introducing: THE HYDRO WHIPPING MECH
All pieces used come in these colors, the one print is custom.
Here are some more renders!
A little Load-Lifter #Ninjago Mech. ⚙️🦾
Part of a bigger project I'm working on!
Replayed Shadow of Ronin recently.
I put some Ninjago characters into this headcanon generator website and I think some of the results were really funny and fitting.
As a big Star Wars: The Old Republic fan, I often long for more LEGO sets based on this fantastic game.
So, I decided to build what one could look like:
The Sith Supremecy-Class Starfighter
All pieces used come in these colors, the figures are custom.
The Sith Supremecy-Class Starfighter has adjustable wings, integrated spring-loaded shooters and a seat for one pilot.
I went with the red cockpit here, like it is portrayed in a lot of the promotional art, but a more game accurate black version is also possible.
I designed three figures for this hypothetical set:
Lana Beniko (Alliance Robes), a Sith Empire Pilot and MZ-12.
I wanted this set to be in scale with the 9497 Republic Striker-class Starfighter Set, which can be seen here.
The Mandalorian if he stopped messing around.
Finally got to building a physical version of my favorite semi-sentient armored attack shrimp with guns:
The Basilisk War Droid [SWB 92] 🦐
Made some small changes using newer pieces and I'm really happy with the result!
