I played the roll of "fill in/sub" drummer with "The Bedlam Brothers" last Sunday at a show in Houston. The venue was "Fitgerald's" which was an all ages rock club with two stages plus an outdoor patio. We got there early and had plenty of time to check out other bands and mingle with the crowd. I heard everything from Screamo metal to Taylor Swift covers. The crowd was just as varied as the music. It was my first performance with The Bedlam Brothers which is a southern rock trio made up of Nick Santa Maria - guitar/vocals & Craig McLaughlin - bass, plus a drummer. The show was a great time! I rehearsed with Nick & Craig on Friday and Saturday to prepare for Sunday's performance which consisted of 8 original songs. I posted a video of "240 miles". I will be performing a second show with them on Tuesday 2/26 at Metal & Lace. The video is a bit dark but the sound is pretty clear. Enjoy!
