The episodes where craigen is being set up BREAK MY HEART
Here's a general worldbuilding question. I think it's safe to say humans are still at each other's throats to some extent even with the mutant threat. But has there ever been any full on wars or at least big scale battles with armies fighting since the mutants took over?
Anonymous,
Yes! Humans will always be at each other's throats, apocalypse or not! But there has not been any large scale wars or battles. Gallandor and Craigen are two power houses that have had a lot of conflict in the past, but never anything that extreme.
give me all your weakness
Give me all your weakness Since I know where you belong I want to reel inside the blue Find a new way to see you And the stillness that pervades In everything I can remember The best part is always the one I don’t know The strongest sensations, the ones that then go numb The everlasting feel of fleeting elation in seconds
Meaningful: only with another there to see Glass-borne children Walls so easily cracked See right through Without feeling anything true All there for display But it is just that And will never be more Because no one will stop to look Only when it shatters will they mourn But those chosen few that complete That can’t help but be That stand by the side and in front when in need In my docile trepidation Of closed-off, waking sleep Where I’m impermeable to all But the ones that find their way through the cracks To me Give me air Stay, until I can’t breathe
subvert, smoke
You know someone very well Through the core Yet every day Something new Where heaven’s meadows blossom Thriving in an arbitrary knowledge Of what you think you think you know, what you don’t
People The unpredictable machinery The mistakes The forgiven The dead and gone And the simply gone, somewhere Not dead, but not there Since you don’t see where they look Blinded into subversion of what you are That arbitrary knowledge What do you actually know? What do you know about me, or him There’s a lot, and you probably don’t know it all Expectations so easily dissipate My words hardly my own Yet is there anything mine to actually call mine? When we think we have it, we don’t And in our petty subconscious and conscious efforts to control Distortion of life Out the sky in seconds The flames burning bright The chance smoldering Up in dainty smoke Left only to be smelt No evidence That I was ever there That I was ever that way It was all burned with my mistake
