This Roasted Cranberry Orange Pork Tenderloin goes well with bright green beans and tastes great with holiday flavors. Cranberries are sweet, orange is sour, and the pork is cooked just right. This meal will be a holiday favorite!
Ingredients: 2 pork tenderloins. Salt and black pepper, to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries. Zest of 1 orange. Juice of 1 orange. 3 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Add salt and black pepper to the pork tenderloins. Warm up the olive oil in a big skillet that can go in the oven over medium-high heat. Grill the pork tenderloins all the way through until they are golden brown. Add the orange zest, orange juice, honey, and Dijon mustard to a small bowl and mix them all together. The cranberry-orange mix should be spread on top of the pork tenderloins. Toss the green beans in the pan juices after adding them to the pan. Roast the pork in an oven that has already been heated for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it reaches 145F 63C inside. Take the pork out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Then cut it into slices. Put the Roasted Cranberry Orange Pork Tenderloin on a plate with green beans. Pour the tasty pan juices over the top of the meat. Have fun with this festive and tasty dish!
