Ingredients: 2 cups diced leftover Thanksgiving turkey. 1/2 cup dried cranberries. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 slices of bread. Lettuce leaves for serving optional.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine diced turkey, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well to combine.
