Hey im an adhd driver and im not THE BEST but i got tips Dont drive with friends yet, if you have the thing that allows you to do phonecalls while driving dont do that too. I almost crashed when talking. Its terribly distracting. You should first get more experience. Also dont focus on the radio, turn it down unless youre somewhere you know VERY well. And most important is to observe your surroundings, get used to looking into mirrors and at the road signs. KEEP DISTANCE from cars in front of u
