all-up-in-yo grilled cheeze sammich

Mm, this jalapeno grilled cheese sandwich is to dieeee for. If you you love things with a kick and grilled cheese sandwiches especially the ones at the commons (which I think are the best grilled cheese sandwich) then you’ll love this recipe. 

Ingredients: 

- 3 tbsp of buttah at room temp.

- 4 slices of soft sourdough bread

- 1 smol jalapeno, slice them thin

- 1 cup shredded exxxtra-sharp chedda cheese

Now the hard-ish part:

- Spread one side of each bread wih about 2 teaspoons of soften buttah. Arrage 4 -5 jalapeno rings over the buttah side on each piece, prressing them down to make them stick. Place the cheese in a shallow dish and press the buttah and jalapeno side on each slice of bread into the cheese. Scatter 1/2 cup chedda on the unbuttahed side of each of the 2 slices, then close the sammich (all the cheese sides on the outhside).

- Heat a non stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sammich and cook, covered, under the underside is golden but not burnt...unless you like it burnt...then go for it. This will take about 2 - 3 minutes. Flip and cook, covered, until the underside is golden but not burnt and the edges are cripsssy, 2 - 3 minutes.

Viollllllaaaa, you’re done-zo!

I've been having some fun makinga few of @chrissyteigen's recipes lately. Tonight, I made spiced-rubbed Parmesan chicken breasts with garlicky sauteed spinach. A few nights ago I made chili, before that I made her red curry with chicken. and the one that I first made this month was her chicken pot pie soup. I made a brand new recipe for dinner last night, and it was amazing!!!!! I made red curry from the new #cravingscookbook by @chrissyteigen , which is #cravings2, and it was a fast cook, but a lot of cutting up of meat.
