Use these Slap Ya Mama Crawfish Nachos to up your snack game! They have all the traditional nacho toppings on top and are stuffed full of flavorful crawfish tails spiced with Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning. Ideal for a cheesy, spicy treat.
Ingredients: 1 pound crawfish tails, peeled and deveined. 1 tablespoon Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 bag of tortilla chips. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup sliced jalapeos. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup guacamole. 1/4 cup salsa.
Instructions: Coat the crawfish tails evenly by tossing them in a medium-sized bowl of Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning. In a skillet set over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. When the crawfish tails are cooked through, add them and saut them for three to four minutes. Take off the heat and place aside. Spread out the tortilla chips on a sizable baking sheet or serving platter. Evenly scatter the cheddar cheese shreds on top of the tortilla chips. Scatter the cooked crawfish tails evenly over the chips coated in cheese. Add sliced jalapeos, onions, and diced tomatoes on top. After preheating the oven to 350F/175C, place the nachos in the oven and cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted. Take out of the oven and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top. Serve hot with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream on the side. Savor your Crawfish Nachos, Slap Ya Mama!
