One thing I don't really see you talk about is your opinion on parody depictions of Lara? Do you have a favorite one? Did you make one for her yourself? Personally, I love how she was done in Animated Croft, as a spoiled moody brat who solves all her problems with her pistols.
That’s because I’m a very serious person/ love black humor instead of silly stuff, so no, I’m not in general into goofy stuff or parodies. I used to love ThatNorskChick very much because of her sassy, black, mature and intelligent humor. The Animated Croft series are fine but I get tired after many videos, same with Lara’s Voiceovers. All in all it’s a funny and interesting experience, but in general I like Lara the way she is - Classic Lara, of course - in the games and I’m not enthusiastic with parodies.
That doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate a good parody or silly humor. In fact I remember I had so much fun with Crazy Croft series. But in general I prefer the serious, official stuff. Or at least the intelligent and delicate humor provided in the original saga. I guess I spend too much time asking and researching about the character to make her believable in my fanfics :)
