While trying to keep my sanity I decided to get back into printing. In fortunately I am stuck with using my small @creality3d @creality3dprinter Ender 3 pro since my cr10S stopped working. I replaced the screen and motherboard. The machine turns on but the screen is still black even with all new parts. Unfortunately it’s been 2 months now and it failed right around @ces . Which at the event I talked to @creality3d representatives but they could not help and pointed me to their service department which has been silent. I figure it’s due to the virus but I’m so frustrated that even with all new parts it’s little more than a large paper weight. I’m so excited to get my own 3D printer!! I have worked with 3D printers for a few years now as part of the product development process. But mostly worked with resin, object, and jewelry prints, so this will be my first journey into PLA prints. I chose this type of printer mostly cause I’m interested in making prop replicas like helmets and movie models. This is what the box is looking like after 13 hours of printing. And it’s only 25% done. 😂😅 I’m deff gonna have to tweak the setting to print quicker. Prob don’t need that much infill. Haha but it’s at the very least printing and hasn’t messed up at all. XD the box is roughly 9” long. Which couldn’t fit on my monoprice select V2, but it fits perfectly on my #cr10s XD I kind of wish I had a camera to do time lapse of the print. But alas I do not.
