Alright everyone. Random post of a mold I was commissioned to make for @sons_of_isstvan. It was a two part mold that used mold Max 27T. X3 and I used smooth cast 305 mixed with some alumilte black to get the grey effect. :D I even did a clear cast for him that you can check out on his IG. So I’ve been working on multiple projects at once. Which is keeping me crazy busy. 😂 but here is a tiny #landspeedertempest in 1:72 scale. Lol the model can be found on thingiverse in 28mm scale in case you wanna go and get it for yourself. XD but someone wanted them smaller so I offered to print them up for them so long as they cover the resin cost and print time. Lol but I’ve been using #esunresin for these minis and the quality is pretty good. There are some visible lines that can be seen, but only if you hold it at a certain angle. But one coat of primer will cover that up nicely. I printed one extra one by accident so I’m gonna give painting the extra a try. XD oh I also used my latest printer to print these. So far it appears as though the new printer is working out pretty well. C: anyways. Small update. For the past couple of days I’ve been prototyping a platform holder for the #kudo3dbean and here are the iterations I’ve gone through. lol as you can see I’m trying to get the whole bed over the Vat. I have one more to do and that involves rotating the platform so that all the resin collects in one corner. I’ll be posting the final version hopefully next week. Alright everyone! So while I’m waiting for my #xwingminiatures to arrive I decided to design and #lasercut these #warhammer40kkillteam counters. Counts the round, final score for each side up to 20, and charge points up to 12. I cut this one out of #acrylic because I’ve been wanting to test cutting acrylic. Lol as you can see the arrows are held in place by screws so the arrows won’t go spinning on their own if picked up and handled. XD with this done there is sure to be more tokens and other do-dads that I’ll share using my #k40laser 👍🏽 PS: I haven’t given up designing my own custom nendos or anything like that. I’ve just been busy getting all my equipment running smoothly. Oh and getting my 3rd resin printer up and running. Orz if all goes well they’ll all be dedicated to printing in one area. Like one printer will be for dnd minis, the other will handle larger prints for my custom figures, and the final one will be dedicated to more intricate and small pieces with the possibility of doing minis and prototypes. So I just got my garage kits from this past Wonfes and I’m super excited. :D a friend of mine got them for me and sent me some extra goodies I wasn’t expecting. X3 the last two pics are of the kits finished and painted by the actual maker. So now I get to look and see how I wanna paint them. :3c and before you ask, no I haven’t given up on my other projects. So. A little update on what I’ve been up to. I’ve been busy fulfilling orders from my Etsy shop but I’m finally caught up. 🎉 XD and now that I’m caught up I’ve been testing out my new #k40laser cutter that I bought off a friend that had tons of upgrades on it so it was fairly easy to get up and running. X3 my friends sons bdays were recent so I made them these little door signs with a little personal touch for each. C: I was also able to engrave a drawing that @gwendlyn.artist did and she gave me permission to try it out with one of her drawings that she had made. It came out pretty well for the first try. X3 I’m hoping to get it dialed in and start offering some laser cut items on my Etsy shop soon. C: and I’m still working on sculpting figures, designing boxes, and keeping myself busy. Good evening everyone! So latest #customnendoroid news. I was able to print and test fit a #kitty #hoodie head part that I was initially playing around with. There were some small errors and small issues with the print so I have since updated the model and re-exported it for printing. XD I just have to add the supports and hit print. So. New update. After both parts printed out, I tested it against my #torhu smiling nendo face plate. The scale was totally off. Orz so I thought while I was fixing the scale I might as well go ahead and figure out how I will make future hair parts into two parts. I think I figured it out. I’ll fix the kitty hood tomorrow and print it again in the right scale. XD I’ll also try and figure out how to print a blank nendo body to do some customs on later. 👍🏽 so much work ahead of me. 😂😅😰 oh well. It’s still fun and I’m having a blast. Hello everyone! Hope you’re all having a great weekend!? XD I just wanted to share with you what I’ve been doing lately. C: I was finally able to figure out how to separate the front and the back of the kitty hoody I shared before. I’m sure there’s a much easier way to do it that how I did. Haha but while I was doing that I wanted to test out a new type of resin. In the tank you will see #esun #resin white. And as you can see the white vs the grey came out flawless. I even primed it to see how it would work out. I admit I thought I was spraying grey primer before I realized I wasn’t. So it’s hard to tell between the two final pics. Orz anyways. Something I made while playing around with making a decent blank hair part canvas that I can work on that will be easy to resin print later on. @abiru_ari little kitty models were the inspiration for this little sculpt play. Two posts in one day. XD shortened the tie fighter box to make the #miningguildtiefighter box. XD yes you can fit the mining guild tie in the old tie fighter box no problem. Lol but this holder is shorter, this slightly cheaper. Lol I’m finally getting caught up on my orders and will begin prototyping the epic boxes I have designed.
