Instructions: In a blender, combine diced mango, sliced bananas, chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.
