Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1 cup almond milk. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 ripe bananas, mashed.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened. Fold in mashed bananas. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles. Serve and enjoy!
