Personal post! I've been in a rubbish mood for the last couple of days - mainly anxiety driven over things outwith my control. It's at these times I'm so grateful to have a focus because it stops me spinning into a centrifugal mess. I'm a lot more forgiving of myself since my autism diagnosis but days like this, I still get frustrated at my lack of being able to deal with changes without reacting to them like its the end of the world.
