Hazel White
Hazel is the semi-twin to Sutton White in that despite being real, true twins, they have different fathers. Sutton is so clearly Richard's daughter, she's practically a miniature version of him, but Hazel, well, she's had to learn not to slam doors, to say the least. High school's hard enough without having to worry about burning a hole in the wall.
FC tbd; I'm torn between Millie Bobby Brown, Esme Creed-Miles, Mary Mouser, or Emilia Jones. So in other words I haven't narrowed it down a bit. :P
