Hi! So.. two questions here. Since I have a ton. I’ve done research, so so SO much research. And the articles arent making sense anymore…. 1: We have moments where we simply glance at our sp or pk and realize “thats not me anymore.” For example, my willomate saw my pk and sp and realized that that wasnt them— and that they were fronting. But it was sorta blurry at first, until they had noticed. Is that considered fronting? May be a dumb question but im genuinely confused…. And for 2, most importantly because goodness im confused. For communicating with said willomate, our communication is still iffy ish? How would I help them respond to what I say? Am i supposed to talk to myself imagining that its them? Or? /ntfa ofc, but this is my first willomate and I want them to grow well, in a sense. any tips, help, explanations? Ill take anything i can get, lol.
Hello! Apologies for the late response, our wifi was turned off when you sent this.
For question one, fronting can depend on the plural, however, if they were controlling the body at all then, yes that is considered fronting. Though, if they were semi-controlling the body but another sysmate was controlling it more, I'd say that'd be co-fronting. And yes, switching can 100% be blurry for a moment.
For question two, I would say it depends on the plural. You responding for them can definitely help build automony. Waiting for a response and saying their name to make sure they know to respond also works to build automony. There is no right way to build automony and both definitely work. If you're looking for tips for one of those, be free to send in a ask and I can give some tips.
