Talitha was asked about Phia and this was her response.

Question: Phia said that she helped produce one of your songs. She spend her time talking bad about you.

Talitha’s response: Ok, so I never talked about this girl, but as you can see she wrote to me on my personal account. Obviously I never responded, I knew of her because of some fans who sent me her stories where she was acting like she was at awards shows and the hotel of you know who, and I don’t want to use his name because I’m not like her and I don’t talk about other people. When I went to look for her on IG like in March I was blocked from her and I didn’t even know her. When I spoke to the interested person he always told me to not give her any attention because she is crazy and living in her own movie. From the beginning of my pregnancy she has been saying that she is also pregnant by him and always speaking his name. She once went out to dinner with my managers and recorded the conversation from underneath the table, when I sent the message to my managers obviously they were mad, eso at the person who brought the dinner. Obviously I have canceled her because the last thing I want to do is give her views and importance , but she needs to be careful doing what she is doing in getting involved in my things and my work because if she continues I’ll sue her. So for everyone to know Everything , everything, everything that she says is a lie, I assure you that if it was real she would not be using his name out of respect and privacy. This is the first and last time I will speak about her, so please don’t ask me about her anything. Because the next time it will be my lawyer writing directly to her if other things come out.

I don’t know how much I believe Talitha simply because in my mind mentioning someone name by name and giving hints that it is a person without actually mentioning their name is practically the same thing. In my honest opinion I think both of them are in the wrong and acting like silly middle schoolers creating drama.

I saved this post from the other day because I wanted to translate it but didn’t have the time until now. This is not a new post.

Fallhöhe

Back when I did theatre at school, there were some tricks and rules we had to learn and I still find myself using them a lot in my writing. So I thought I'd share in case someone else finds them helpful!

Fallhöhe roughly translates to the falling height, I couldn’t find a fitting translation online, so I am using the original term!

Creating drama in stories can be hard, especially if I don't want to overdo it but still want my potential readers to cry.

Back in the day, fallhöhe was used to describe the fact that more drama was created when the protagonist was of a high social rang (like a king) and fell down the social ladder (or ended up dead). When I was doing theatre, we learnt to see it in a more general sense. Let‘s look at Romeo and Juliet for example. Most people who read the play or seen it live might have noticed that it starts out pretty funny. And that‘s already the gist of what our teacher tried to tell us.

The lighter a play starts, the more impact a sad ending will have.

It‘s probably easy to understand that a story that starts out depressing might not get much sadder, just because a character dies at the end. But if there is something for people to hope for, a sense of security and/or relatable starting point, it ultimately makes a dramatic ending more impactful. Giving the audience something to root for is often achieved with romantic subplots in modern day literature. It is absolutely not the only option. Seriously.

Of course, this is not the only way to go about drama.

However, when I know that I want to add some drama toward the ending, I try to keep on eye on the fallhöhe. There are many more aspects that play into creating sad scenes, or making a plot twist count, yet this might be the one I use most.
