Becoming a Bird | 190 x 190cm. All these paintings are really about materialisation of form. The process of painting them is itself an aspect of the subject matter. This one has echos of Cy Twombly .

Throwback to that one time I’ve got so outraged at how the Howrse’s wandering horses of music collection looked bland and out of character for such an interesting topic that I attempted to make my own versions of genre-inspired horses XD

Granted, I’ve only ever finished Punk Rock and it never got accepted in the game, but the rest of the sketches for the series remain somewhere on my drive. (just a disclaimer: since August 2020 I withdrew from Creative Space)

Labradorite prince! My friend drawn an opal unicorn once, so this one is his relative - a labradorite unicorn! I was inspired by one of the posts here and amazed by colors of this stone so I decided to draw something with its color scheme.

He’s very art noveau-ish, more stylised than I usually let my shaded pictures be, but it’s refreshing to try something different.
