#ConversationsOnCreativity 2.0 took place on the 9th of March at 6 Spin Street Restaurant, Cape Town Guest host Laura Windvogel took us through the conversations. The event featured 6 speakers sharing their life stories, works and how the environment influences their work & how they in turn influence society. The speakers were Anelisa Mangcu, Kent Andreasen, Indigo, Melilizwe Qgobo, Rayaan Cassiem, Jade Doreen Waller. Musical guests GreenGrassGrow kept the crowd ignited with their amazing sounds and melodies. The conversations spanned from fashion, art, skateboarding photography to how the Cape Town’s creative community & public embrace & understand the need & power of creativity. We hosted our first successful “Conversations On Creativity” on the 29th of November 2012 at Truth Coffee/Prestwich Memorial, Cape Town in partnership with our sponsors at Supremebeing (supremebeing.co.za/)

The event featured 4 speakers Kent Lingeveldt (Photographer/Longboarder, Award Winning Entrepreneur, Alpha Longboards Owner), Thoki Tafeni (Fashion Designer/Stylist), Rizqah Dollie (Photographer, Lecturer, Designer) & Loyiso Mkize (Painter, Illustrator) sharing their life stories, works and how the environment influences their work & how they in turn influence society.

Musical guests GreenGrassGrow kept the crowd ignited with their amazing sounds and melodies. The conversations spanned from fashion, art, skateboarding photography to how the Cape Town’s creative community & public embrace & understand the need & power of creativity.

The audience of 45/50 from varies demographics & ethnicities of age groups 20-35 participated by writing down their definitions of “what is creativity?” on a piece of paper, the images of holing their definitions where photographed & shared online through our Facebook page, twitter and website.
