Been thinking about how I haven’t made much for art recently and why I don't have much drive to do so at this point in time. Then it occurred to me that, to me, the science I work on flexes a lot of the same muscles, leaving me tired and not terribly interested in doing Creative Art. But that isn't a bad thing as instead what I am doing is Creative Science. From process of imagining and planning my experiments, to making and imaging dissections in as clear, purposeful, and even creative way as possible, to planning the figures and models, is all Creation. And it's fine to not do Art right now, to save the creative muscles for the experiments, figure design, model design, and writing.

the star sees the girl of the black hair and denim skirt rises up on the haunches of her thighs and it tries to kiss the slope of her but stars are not selfless creatures and of course it wants her to belong to its hydrogen embrace the star reaches for the girl reaching over the edge with its flame rope arms and it trips from its perch and tumbles steadfast into the body of a girl who was just watching as a shop curtain wafted in the wind suddenly that girl isnt worrying about her grades but the way that her hands are clawing for an oblivious soul the star touches the girl lets her fingers skim the girls cheek with ample dust of galactic origins and tries to make it last but the girl reads her books and the star is horrified to learn of mortality this is not a singular occurrence the star tugs on the girl drinks vain delight from the humour of her desires with a side of wickedness celestial greatness wrapping her arms around her beloved with the beating heart the girl is taking fun in this teasing game too the star kisses the girl and the girl kisses with the mortal ethanol-tinted carbon dioxide her cosmic mind remembers for a moment that her siblings died for this girl their stomachs exploded so that this girl could breathe she pauses for a moment to turn her face up and mourn the star feels the pulse of the girls jugular exploding and imploding against her index finger lying crooked and imperfect and the stars heart turns into an engine an unnatural thing that has learned to fear the coming years that will take her only away from her the star stares down at the hardened earth but there is no one beneath it her siblings are angry for loving their deaths there is no only anymore and there is no train that can take one back to the cosmic nest
