醜い作品 Vanity+ 01 「屈辱感」

I made a set of 5 photos and I had concept. The concept was vanity photos but a slight twist. All but one had some kind of twist (this piece was it). I showed my friends and I was like these are from my set "醜い作品 (unsightly works)" No one questioned how they were unsightly. They just said that I'm cute lol

The title (屈辱感) translates to something like "a sense of humiliation" and I chose it because it has "Kutsu" in it, "kutsu" meaning shoes. But not the same Kanji. Such an unsightly title for a work.

I feel like I should have cropped this a lot tighter but I like that the subject is peaking out from under the fingers on the bottom. Maybe I should have balanced it out with more space on the top?
