I was listening to an interview with @yanpalmer recently and I loved her description of creative presence. I've also heard this idea from @gurujagat and it connects with me so much. Yan says, "We are all creative beings, it can live anywhere. Creative presence is a way of engaging with your day that allows you to receive time, and allows you to continually ask yourself 'how will I say yes to this moment, in a way that brings me communion, brings me joy, and honors moment by moment?'" . Saying yes to every part of your day allows you to accept and appreciate all that is. Right now, that's such a hard thing to consider. But the idea is not to throw anything away.
