That I am acknowledging I am creating everything I am experiencing instead of pretending things are happening to me and not through me. When I step into this degree of RESPONSIBILITY for my life I own my story and consciously choose to engage in the creation of it daily. Story writing out my life like a script and then acting that script out daily is a practice I’ve utilized for the last two years to step into the life I’m currently living. It’s a practice I swear by because it works when you commit to it which is why I guide my clients through this process as well. If you’re not creating your life story, someone else is creating it for you.
