So i may have thought to myself “hrmmm, I’d like to use my own magic system into my lil creature biology, but nobody even knows what it is”

And then decided to write up a thirty-eight or something page series on said magic system for seemingly no reason!!! Yayy!!!!!

But then again it is long, but then i again I did split it into chapters, SO THEREFORE;

Book of Paviy “chapter” 5!!!!

This final chapter being about: Paviy History

Mainly on how it was created…. In which nobody actually knows.

BUT like the earths creation, there are theories!! The most commonly known being among three theories.

The most common theories are more scientific, and so they don’t include religious theories/beliefs. But if you’re curious, most religions usually have it that paviy was a gift from god and gods plural, or something similar to that at least.

So even though religious theories aren’t included apart of the main paviy creation theories, there always tends to be connections from a religion and the science.

(Seeing how it’s the longest) theory 3 is seen to make the most sense, and is also among the newest theories.

Quick summary; theory one is where paviy just willed itself into exsistance along side the Big Bang of the dynaton planet, theory two is though that witches/wizards/magic believers or users caused paviy to evolve and spread to all of life, and theory three is that during the time that the dynaton planet was forming itself from dust to rock to etc, somewhere in that time either paviy or an “ancestor” of paviy either was sucked into that creation or an asteroid brought it in— but overall paviy was just apart of the mixture of the planets creation and therefore mixed in with the life the planet created.

Speaking of ‘Dynaton Planet” actually, the universe of Dynaton does not take place on earth, it’s a whole other planet/galaxy far far away. (I actually plan to make a world map one day but that feels like work so it might be a while haha—) And in case you’re wondering— no, the planet is not called dynaton, I haven’t come up with a name yet haha.

Dynaton is just a mixture of a couple of different languages saying the phrase “anything can happen”, or something like that i forget the exact sentence i used—.

Book of Paviy “chapter” 4 AAAAHHH!!!

We be doin today: Paviy Tech

(Sorry i busy yesterday and forgor but we continue now—)

PAVIY TECH!! Or better said… “ways Paviy is used in technologies”

Usually Paviy tech is used by non-asiputs, since its like Paviy releasable but easier to use, but that’s not to say asiputs don’t use magic tech. For example ‘wizard staffs’ are considered a tech, although there can be many different kinds.

Such as, a wizard staff can be pre-collected or connected. Asiputs are more commonly seen using connected ones though.

It’s a pretty simple idea really so i won’t say too much, but pre-collected tech works more like free-flowing electricity, charging and such. Connected comes directly from the Paviy core, either the users core or a core that’s attached to the tech itself.

Technically all Paviy Tech comes from a Paviy core, the only reason we differentiate the two is to help identify problems, and specify needs (like you probably don’t want boxes of Paviy core everywhere that looks a lil weird [although one or two towns in dynaton probably do this haha])

So if you go to a technician saying your tool is broken, they’ll probably ask whether is pre-collectedly powered or connected. If it’s pc, it’s most likely the tech itself thats the problem, mayyyybe the charger/core. If it’s connected, it’s more likely to be the core itself that’s the problem., or the connection to the core [many people who have faulty “user connected” tech end up needing some kind of therapy since it’s probably stress or something happening mentally that’s the problem, friendly reminder to take care of yourself!]

Pre-collected tech is powered by either a charger or a thing called a pattery/paviy battery. [technically there are more methods but you’ll see these two more than 90% of the time.]

Connected tech powered by another organism have something similar, except they’re more like a tank that holds a paviy core.

Patteries just have free-flowing paviy in them, so keep you’re patteries when they’re out of juice since you can probably find a store that’ll take empty ones to refill!

Stores that most likely do this are charging hubs!

Charging hubs were made when no one wanted to buy anything because of the cost of chargers/charger installation. So they can be found in practically every town, city, corner, you name it. Except the middle of the woods maybe, but where people are living there’s a good chance there’ll be at least one.

Charging hubs also sell patteries, different kinds of tech, pretty much anything paviy tech related. Usually if you have questions you can just asked the front desk, but sometimes they’ll have an info booth or something off to the side.

People mainly use the hubs for the actual paviy chargers though. Tending to be either a couple bucks to use each time, or you can get monthly/yearly passes/stuff like that.

They also tend have regular electricity chargers and stuff, but there might be one or two that don’t bother with that and focus on the paviy produce.

SHYRADS!!

Plant people!! I still need to make there language in the script still, so that might be a continuation for these guys. I was originally just calling them plant people, but then i figured I should probably give them a better name considering i am very likely to make more kinds of plant based people, so i got plant creature name dryad, and since shryads are kinda bush/shrub like, I merge and baddabingbadaboom shyrad

They tend to have villages built within thick forests, building lil houses on top rocky cliff/mountain areas, usually where a waterfall or spring might be. Meaning many of them don’t really need any way of communication with outsiders, so there’s only a few in the village [mostly elders] who know different kinds of sign language, should they need an easier way to talk to others. If the outsider doesn’t know sign language, there’s lots of charades going on.

Very friendly, “one with nature” kind of people.

SAKORTS!!

Fish and bones people! Sakandemorts are their full specie name, but it’s easier to trim it down. Another “magic focused” spieces. ‘Sakana’ meaning fish and ‘de la mort’ being ‘of the dead’, mix em together and you get sakort lol. Not to confuse with a skort/skirt shorts.

Special thanks to the spotted handfish for the reference of a hand on a fish.

There ain’t much to there biology, since it’s mostly bare bones. But most of the action happens in the bones, so their spinal cord is somewhat bigger than other creatures is that more things can happen in it. Same with other bones themselves, like arm, ribs, etc. the spinal cord has its nerve bundle and veins to send to the visible body parts, as-well as the throat/airway and esophagus, which only go max halfway down the cord.

Magic cores work as the transporters and “blood” and such for the non visible parts/ inner organs, so nerve signals connects from there to the ribs, that way if something happens in there, the cores will know and send a signal to the brain. Which means sakorts will most likely feel pain in their ribs if there’s an organ problem.

So overall it’s a bit half & half on biology workings, where blood and regular bio help the outside body and magic bio helps the inside.

No not all of the sakorts have damaged fins and such, they gain that through interactions with people, where they roughhouse/play fight each other. The smoother the fin, the more pity another sakort will feel for the other, since it means you don’t talk to anyone and a loner haha. On the other hand, they admire the most damaged fins, since to them it means they’re popular. Overall, very social people, and yes they usually wear some kind of shirt, most likely a drape of some kind, something easier to take off if they want to go in the water that’s usually around. They are fish still.

DIABOîTES!!!

Jack in the box based people! (And no it does not say diabetes lol—) and yes they have human-like intelligence and aren’t pure animal like the jelly-flowers. I wanted them to be poison/noisop and I already had the eel-like head in motion, so I frantically searched for poisonous eels/ not electric eels, and rediscovered moray eels. Which apparently in some sources they have a mucus on their body , but mainly in their mouth, so when they bite someone or something the toxins travel with it. The toxin doesn’t do too too much, but it does clot red blood cells or something to do with blood blocking, just makes the victim’s injury not stop bleeding.

In any case, I originally based them off moray eels specifically for that reason, but then the pictures entered the brain of the eels poking their heading out of the lil rock caves and such, kinda looking like a jack in the box. SO basically a frequently asked question most likely is answered through moray eels. What does their skin feel like? Moray eel/leathery apparently. And etc. anywho CONTINUE!

They are a species within my world of dynaton, where every creature has some kind of magic in them, namely a magic core [which is the “jack”] in this case. Some, like the humans, don’t need it to function, and therefore don’t really need to access it all that much, others have it mandatory for their body to function smoothly, which is the diaboîtes case. However since it’s a thing I’m gonna have in a lot of other creatures, and it’s like a whole unit on “magic biology”, I’m probably gonna figure that out more another day on another page. Hell I’m not even sure if I’m gonna keep magic as the word for it, cause worldbuilding.

Anywho, in the meantime whenever I mention magic just insert “and them something happens”

Newest addition to the Diskin fauna!

The Bralgema

Roughly translating to "Hill fort Fur" in mando'a

These guys are the main livestock raised on Diskin, used for their meat, milk, hide, fat/oil, and even their bones for weapons! Every part is used.

The males have large humps on their backs for fat storage, as they will go up to a month without eating during rut season, the bigger the hump the more attractive the male. The males also have extra cheek horns while the females have an extra set of head horns, these are smaller then the males however. These are infact horns, they do not shed them.

They also sport a long thick tail that also acts as an extra fat store, the young will huddle up under their parents tails for warmth.

The farm raised ones have a pretty mild temperament and are kept in large herds of up to a few hundred, wild ones are more aggressive and tend to stay in much smaller herds.

Kel's father, Dev Farren, raises these guys on a ranch not to far from the clans mountain fortress!
