Revised the native Diskonians!

They are a large deer like species , with a thick coat that mimics the various trees on their planets. This guy has a lovely gray stripy coat pattern.

Diskonians are generally peaceful and tend to mind their own business as far as galactic politics are concerned, but offer refuge to those who need it (I.e. exiled mando clans and clones before and after the war). They have a pretty good relationship with the mandos that live with them, the mandos are respectful of the Diskonians and even offer protection for them when needed. Mandalorian Diskonians aren’t really common as again they arent very warrior like but they respect the others culture and do enjoy watching or occasionally participating in their local mandos shenanigans/celebrations/brawls from time to time.

Newest addition to the Diskin fauna!

The Bralgema

Roughly translating to "Hill fort Fur" in mando'a

These guys are the main livestock raised on Diskin, used for their meat, milk, hide, fat/oil, and even their bones for weapons! Every part is used.

The males have large humps on their backs for fat storage, as they will go up to a month without eating during rut season, the bigger the hump the more attractive the male. The males also have extra cheek horns while the females have an extra set of head horns, these are smaller then the males however. These are infact horns, they do not shed them.

They also sport a long thick tail that also acts as an extra fat store, the young will huddle up under their parents tails for warmth.

The farm raised ones have a pretty mild temperament and are kept in large herds of up to a few hundred, wild ones are more aggressive and tend to stay in much smaller herds.

Kel's father, Dev Farren, raises these guys on a ranch not to far from the clans mountain fortress!
