There is an old Lao phrase my mom would use when speaking about extraordinary pets. She would say "a creature who knows" is a being with a great deal of intelligence and self awareness & that even though they could not speak to us with words these unique souls were still able to communicate through something far more visceral and complex. Daisy, was certainly a creature who knows. Daisy was a pet, a friend & family. We'll miss her. 🐶 #creaturewhoknows
