"Oohkay, definitely caught off guard here..." Shift murmured, glancing at his phone to make sure he'd gotten the right address.
He'd been helping Amy watch Cream when Vanilla had called, explaining she'd forgotten her purse on the way to work, and would it be too much trouble for one of them to bring it to her?
A quick game of rock-paper-scissors, and Shift had headed out the door.
Well, guess he knew why the rabbit woman was so tight-lipped for career day at Cream's school.
Calming himself, the 23-year-old steps inside, approaching the front desk.
Apparently, she'd told them he was coming.
"Uh, package for Vanilla?"
As soon as Shift arrived, Vanilla emerged from a hallway off to the side. "Oh, there you are, sweetie! Thank goodness you got here before any of my clients did." The rabbit was dressed in nothing but a white nightgown that stopped around her upper thigh, barely hiding anything from view.
Vanilla reached out to take her purse. "Um... You'll be a dear and keep this a secret from Cream, won't you?" She gently ran a finger along his chest. "I can make it worth your while, you know~"
The receptionist cleared their throat. "For the right price, of course."
