Ohjeez. Sunscreen, and tons of it. My team knows I'm the one person who would never be caught dead at any regatta (even one where it's freezing cold and I'll be wearing layers all day) without and they also know I buy the good kind cause I'm allergic to the crappy stuff so they always borrow it. My wrenches, decorated of course so I know which ones are mine. Back up sunglasses, I've been to too many races where I've broken my only pair right before my race. My hat, I'm so in love with it. My running shoes, even if I am just a coxswain. My book or homework, I'm too much of a bookworm to not have it with me. Extra socks, usually. Extra pair of pants/shorts, t shirt, jacket, sports bra, undies, all that fun stuff. I've come off the water soaking wet too many times to not be prepared to change into something dry and warm. Phone, because I always have to let my mother know how the race is going since she never comes anymore now that I'm in college. My iPod since I live for my music, and the ability to block people out so I can focus. Inhaler. I'm asthmatic, it sucks. So I pretty much have it with me where ever I go since I did have an almost asthma attack during a head race from never really taking a full breath. Plus, lately I've been having trouble breathing when I'm just standing (I think it's stress/ anxiety). That's about all I have in my bag I think....
