Hey, this is my favourite blog as I'm passionate for Canadian politics. I saw a lot of negativity around Nestle, I thought I'd join the conversation since I work there. Before my employment I truthfully wasn't aware of the problems around Nestle but I do now. There are so much bitter people there considering they cut corners anywhere possible to 'save money' and do whatever it takes to not pay benefits especially those working 40hrs. They don't want to hire full time or part time employees
they'll hire hundreds of seasonals each year to take work away from those already working so they wont have to hire full time most young people there have 2-3 jobs even in school since its not a stable job when their system is to make sure you wont get full time work also we just got informed of upcoming automation which Im sure will mean loss of jobs. We made 2.4 billion dollars just in Canada last year also 95% of households in Canada have Nestle products..
