When one of my favourite IG makers asked me to create a gift, I knew I had to step up to the plate. The topper in this gift in particular was the first time I had ever created a shaker topper. Shaker toppers are layered and raised so that sequins, beads or other decorative glitter can be placed inside and when shaken, they move and just overall look so pretty 😍 I love the hot hair balloon theme and blanket in this gift.
