text message from @interxstitial
> i did a lot when i was back in the uk > y'know. that time when i left? > all i know is - life would be pretty shitty > if i never met you.
it takes a good few seconds before he’s typing his last message.
> ..what about you?
Ok so cute guy from tinder I think just wants someone to sleep with when he's lonely and I dont know how I feel about that
I think we walked away with different intentions to the agreement of keeping things casual....... and idk i hate this. I've never "dated" because I hated this shit even back when I was kid and now I'm like old and back out there and I dont know what im doing because it's been like 13 years since I've been single-single like 4real completely we're not getting back together single
....but he did say I look like way younger than my age so he already knows how to get that insta-sploosh goin
omg is that seriously what my blog’s title used to be
i gotta admit i now have a weird automatic bad feeling towards people with bleach blond undercuts
And some more...because asterin owns my D8 soul...(kinda like zori actually)
Heaven
Erin slowly opened her eyes, squinting at the light coming through the new curtains hanging from the windows. According to the light, it was still early and she had few things planned for that day. She could afford to sleep in and enjoy a lazy morning in her new home. For once in her life, she did not bear the responsibility of leading a country or a revolution.
Smiling, she snuggled closer to the warm body near her, wrapping her arms around her lover's thin waist. Hiding her face in Asterisk's short hair, she sighed in contentment. Truly, this was Heaven.
Hell
She felt the woman behind her snuggle closer. Without opening her eyes, she turned around and burrowed deeper in the warm embrace she was caught in. Her lover pulled her as close as possible, an arm tightly wounded around her waist, the other lost in her hair, slowly caressing her scalp. Purring lightly, she laid still and enjoyed the attention tenderly bestowed on her. She had no idea what time it was…and to be honest, she did not really care. The only thing that mattered now was that she was warm and in the arms of the woman she loved.
A few years ago, she had been so sure that her future would be hell. That nothing good would happen to her again. She had lost everything, her husband, her sanity. And she had had no hope to get them back. But, as Erin stopped nuzzling the top of her head to move down, seeking her lips, she realized she had been wrong. And she had never been so glad to have been wrong.

Here's to Us
Zorina downed her next shot and dropped the small glass on the table. Leaning back on her chair, she considered ordering a new bottle of Jägermeister, but even the strongest drink on the Board wasn't going to help her forget the last few days. Thinking back on the chaos left behind by Mairalo, she did not notice Wirdingrae entering the little bar she had holed herself in until he grabbed a chair and sat at her table.
He raised an eyebrow at the impressive number of glasses in front of her and she shrugged, knowing he would understand. Zorina was an experienced drinker and it took a lot more than what she had drunk so far to make her fall under the table. She still needed her wits tonight; she had just needed to take the edge off the pain she felt when Mairalo had betrayed the guild. He had been her King for nearly as long as she had been the Ace. They hadn't been that close, but the idea of him killing the Elder was still a foreign concept in her brain. Mairalo had been a good guy… now she couldn't be sure anymore.
"We could just go home right now," she suggested to the silent man. She silently laughed at his doubtful look. "Or… maybe we could stick around for one more drink." He nodded and raised his arm to signal the waitress. Zorina smiled. She liked how he stayed silent, knowing his words were not what she needed right now. Again, she wondered about her strange relationship with the Ace of Clubs before shaking her head as a fresh bottle was delivered to their table. Now was not the time to dwell on her confused feelings.
"Here's to us," she raised her glass, "for all the times that we fucked up. And fill my glass; these last few days have kicked my ass."
His low laughter rumbled in his chest as she downed her new shot.
