Episode 10: The Murder Of Alice Gross

14 year old Alice Gross left her home in Hanwell, Ealing, England at 1pm on August 28th 2014. She told her parents she would be home later that evening, but she never returned. 

The search operation launched was the largest deployment of Metropolitan police officers since the 7/7 London bombing attack eleven years earlier.  

Alice was described as being 5ft 2, with a slim build and shoulder length light brown hair. She was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, a grey top and tartan-framed glasses. She had been carrying a black rucksack.

At 2:23pm Alice was seen on CCTV cameras near a holiday inn at brentford lock walking towards Kew, less than an hour and a half later she was seen on the same camera walking back towards Hanwell.  

She had texted her dad at 3pm asking when he was coming home because she had no house keys. At 4:23pm she was seen near Trumpers way canal bridge, she was almost home.  

That was the last time Alice was seen alive.

Episode 12: The Murder of Tara Lynn Grant

On Valentines Day 2007, a man walked into Macomb County Sherrifs office to report his wife missing. He hadn’t seen or heard from her for 5 days. On the night she disappeared they had argued and she left in a black sedan. It was snowing heavily in Michigan; the wind was blowing at speeds of 30mph and Tara Grant was nowhere to be found.  

Tara Grant was murdered in front of her own children, and her body was dismembered into 14 separate pieces, but who was responsible for this horrific crime?
