I know that feeling. It’s a shame that isn’t not studied more because about 10% of women have it. My mom has it, Posh Spice has it, Jillian Michaels has it… You can ask for a vaginal ultrasound and see if there are cysts or do a blood test.
Both of which were done while I was in the hospital. Here's to hoping I won't have to get it done again.

The treatment outside of birth control is really just diet and exercise. The more weight you gain, the worse your other symptoms get, and then its even easier to gain more weight. It’s the hell circle.

I have PCOS. It puts more testosterone in your system, makes it really easy to gain weight, have male hair growth patterns, fucks up your period so its almost never regular, bad acne… It’s pretty shitty but I have a good doctor for it.
So what's the treatment for that? It sounds pretty similar to what I've been dealing with just with an added background of being on birth control for many, many years.
In 8th grade, my mom decided that I should be professionally measured because I had gotten so large. She set an an appointment for the both of us so I wasn't getting measured alone. My cup size is and has been a DD since then (I'm a junior in college now). I usually love the size of my boobs because they are bigger and makes me feel sexy. I go to a school that's 75% men so they help reel em in. I didn't like them so much in middle school because it was hard to find age appropriate non-tshirts.
