Taking note of the more than familiar face in the rows above him, Yosuke smirks and gives a wink up. He is in best-form and he made no effort to hide it. The judge brought court into session. 

"Thank you, Your Honor. Well then, let us begin with the facts." Yosuke cleaned his throat. Time to present the case. "This case regards multiple thefts committed in the Yaso-Inaba Area between the dates of June 25th and August 28th. All of the targets were stores in the region, including Stores located in the Central Shopping District as well as a local Inn and a Deperatment Store. The Defendant is accused of breaking and entering into the the targeted businesses, causing severe property damage by applying force to security systems in the process. Though no damage was found on the doors or locks of the business, several security cameras and safes have been severely damaged by use of brute force. Though no security footage of the crime exists for this reason, there is an eye-witness, who has testified to having been attacked during the unlawful entry committed by a young man fitting the defendant's description. Including the worth of the stolen gods, the damage sums up to a total amount of roughly 2 Million Yen. As the way in which the unlawful entry was committed could not be confirmed in all cases and the eyewitness account has been judged as been called into doubt for technical reasons, to some, it may appear as there is doubt regarding the Defendant's guilt. However..."

Yosuke pressed his hand flat on the table before him.

"Today, the prosecution intends to prove that the Defendant is, without a doubt, indeed guilty of all he has been accused of."

There was an eager gleam in Yosuke's eyes.
