Ingredients: 1 lb green beans, trimmed. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1/4 cup crushed almonds. Salt to taste. Black pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the green beans to the pan and stir them around a few times a while. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are blistered and soft. To taste, add salt and black pepper. Take it off the heat and put it in a dish to serve. Put crushed almonds on top of the green beans that have been charred. Enjoy while hot!
