Hi! So recently I've started identifying as genderfluid. I've been told that I have a very feminine face, and I'm looking for a way to change that. Also, do you know any male/gender-neutral names that sound/look like Kate?

I would recomend countoring for your face. It’s fairly easy once you’ve gotten the hang of it and it doesn’t usually take a lot to understand tutorials on how to do it. Look it up if you’re interested.
I can’t think of any particular name, but you can always search for pages with baby names and look up ‘unisex’ or ‘male’ and go to the K.
