— Cristofer is a very undemanding child, so he would happily eat anything his Auntie Bibi cooks for him. However, if he had to pick a favorite, it would be the gingerbread cookies she makes to celebrate special occasions.
Fun fact: She learned the cookie recipe from Cupid's cooking show (one of her coworkers), where the main ingredient is LOVE. 💕✨
2. Do you have any random trivia/fun facts about Nathair/Lenord?💜🖤
— About Lenord: Lenord doesn't have a very spontaneous sense of humor. She understands sarcasm, but rarely finds it funny. She tends to enjoy more direct and overtly comedic jokes instead. She's a fan of cheap comedy, silly puns, and children's jokes.
About Nathair: Nathair has a peculiar condition that causes his nose to bleed whenever he experiences a strong emotion—anger, joy, fear, shock, and so on. It's something he has dealt with since childhood. Even after his death, it remained one of the few traits that the memory of his former body preserved as part of his identity, along with the appearance of his blind eye and the scar on his chest.
3. What inspired you to make games like Aeterna Nativatis Noctibus and Aeterna Halloween Notibus, two games with holiday themes/aesthetics?🎄🎃
— One day, during a random conversation with my best friend, we were talking about her universe of characters, which at the time was heavily inspired by Halloween. We also talked about other characters and settings with similar aesthetics. Back then, I had no intention of creating something like that myself because I was already focused on my main universe. However, one random night, I came up with a worldbuilding idea that I simply couldn't get out of my head.
The idea was this: a literary universe where each country is based on a different holiday or celebration. It's somewhat similar, yet quite different, from the concept of The Nightmare Before Christmas (El extraño mundo de Jack).
At first, I started developing Halloween, but after working on the story of Nativitatis, I realized that it captivated me much more. It was more ambitious, richer in story, and more emotionally driven. Halloween, on the other hand, was always episodic in my mind—short games where each installment revolved around solving a specific problem.
Fun fact: In my main universe, most real-world holidays do not exist. Because of that, my idea was to make this holiday-themed literary universe a sub-universe that exists as a collection of books read by the characters from my main universe.»
