“Wow, this things kinda hefty, whatcha got in here?” The Funnel-Web inquired, stretching his arms out to offer the man back his freshly-stolen suitcase, plucked freshly from the dirty palms of some alleyway mugger. “J-Just documents, business documents…” The dark suit seemed to do little for the man's confidence, his hands shaking as they still processed the past 45 Seconds of ever-fleeting life that had passed right by him, moments occupied with the sight of a grey-suited Spider-Hero & a petty thief. “Nice, Business stuff is cool.” Funnel wasn’t going to pretend he knew a single thing about this guys job, but the least he could do was make sure he could get to it safely. “Do you think you could call the Cops for me? I’ve tried just leaving them knocked out before but they’ve always just up & left because nobodies showed up to arrest them.” The exchange was quick after that, a fast call to the local precinct left them both with the reassurance one less punk will be roaming the streets, “Thanks bud, you take care and try not to get mugged again!” the ball of his right foot pushed off the cold asphalt with the strength of a spider, sending the airborne youth careening into the large walls that made up the alleyway, bounding off the pillars of metal & concrete before disappearing into the New York skyline above. The briefcase wielding man, now finding the courage to move forward safely once more, stepped slowly past the unconscious, soon to be jailed mugger, or at least that's what they’re left to believe.
