For the stitches at the end of the row in the picture below, what would you consider the best way to describe that in a pattern?

A - (extended shallow back post dc around next 2 stitches, dc)tog last 3 stitches

C - (extended shallow back post dc around next 2 stitches, dc)tog last 3 stitches [note: previous instruction functions as dc3tog]

Note: don't worry too much if you don't know what extended shallow back post dc means, what I'm interested in is: when doing a decrease that consists of multiple stitch types together, totaling to doing 3 stitches together, what is the clearest, least confusing way to communicate that?
