mostly fluff with very little angst, a fairly simple coworkers to lovers story (for jimmy and tango)

although it's rancher focused, Skizz is still included a LOT and for this fic he and Tango are in a QPR! all 10 chapters have been prewritten and mostly edited, and I'll be posting them twice a week, on mondays and fridays!

there IS an unrequited love tag, but if people like this fic enough that can be fixed (I'll explain in the notes of the final chapter so as to not spoil much)

also note my rarepair agenda in the tags. any other pairing that doesn't include the trio are very very background so if any of them aren't your interest, don't worry, you'll barely notice they're there!
