The answer is: Yes! You can make croice off-line and it will be automatically downloaded when there will be an Internet connection. Also all croices are being saved in the gallery of your device.

Upgraded version of Croice!
Hooray! Today the upgraded version of Croice has been released on the App Store. - The option to answer to concrete user in the comments was added (just put @ and the name of the user); - Tips for creation the first croice were embedded; - Little bugs were fixed. Please, pay attention that there’s no more option to make a 10-sec video in Croice.
