A mouthwatering burger with a twist – the Bacon and Egg Burger is perfect for a Friday treat. Juicy beef patties topped with crispy bacon, a perfectly fried egg, and a flavorful sauce, all sandwiched between toasted buns. It's a flavor explosion in every bite!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of bacon. 4 eggs. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon ketchup. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Begin to heat the grill. In a separate pan, cook the bacon over medium-low heat until it becomes crispy. Take it off and let it dry on paper towels. Put the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix them together to make the sauce. Put away. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. While the burgers are cooking, use the grill to lightly toast the buns. Fry the eggs in a different pan until they're done the way you like them. If you like them runny, leave the yolks in. Spread a lot of the sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. On top of the sauce, put a lettuce leaf. Then add a burger patty with melted cheese, bacon, an egg that has been fried, and a tomato slice. Put the other half of the bun on top. Hot Bacon and Egg Burgers go well with your favorite sides. Enjoy your tasty burger that you made yourself!
