It is with great memeage that I return to mine bullshittery

for this years ides i wanted to make glis glis (dormouse). obviously it is not legal to do that though. perhaps that is not obvious actually. dormouse are protected species. anyway therefore, as i call them, dormouse bites. featuring:

1 part ground pork

1 part ground dormouse substitute. rabbit for example. dormouse is apparently fatty and gamey so those are your targets.

pine nuts, crushed, lots

add salt. cook all above on stove.

wrap a small amount (goal is a couple bites worth) in pizza dough. pretend you are making baozi. put on pan, smooth side up.

make tiny ears and tail out of dough nubs. afix. take opportunity to shape body into more pointy front if desired

anoint in oil. cover with stupid amount of poppy seeds.

bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes depening on what your dough enjoys

cover with stupid amount of honey. enjoy.
