Cropduster - July 2024 Cropdusters are crazy. They fly ridiculously close to trees, power lines, and highway traffic in order to properly spray the crops beneath them. But I always watch them as they go by, and if I am lucky, I get good images of them at work. As we drove back to Lincoln’s New Salem from Springfield, a cropduster was working a field near the highway. Kathy was driving so I was able to get several really good images. The first image is of the yellow cropduster making a wide turn after coming up from the field. The second image is as he roared past over Highway 97 directly in front of us. MWM
