Cross receives a letter, a familiar red stamp with a sickle on it.
The return address simply stated “sender is dead”
Within the envelope there’s two pieces of paper and a tea bag.
The first piece of paper simply contains a cookie recipe. The second one was the actual letter.
The letter reads:
“Dear uncle Cross, hello! I’m sorry I haven’t written in so long, the post office in reapertale was closed for weeks! It’s been horrid! Writing letters with no way to send. . .
Anyway! Hello! I’ve done so much! With the post office closed I’ve been forced to do something other than write letters, I’ve been in the woods lots! I found a lovely frozen over pond near Snowden! I think I will learn to ice skate.
I also spent time with Toriel! She showed me this lovely cookie recipe, I sent it along with tea in this letter! Best enjoyed together I’ve found.
The recipe is from Toriel, but the tea was from the hotlands!
I went to the hotlands to have some tea with Muffet, and I found it goes perfectly with the cookies!
Oh goodness! And muffets teaching me how to dance! It’s so wonderful! I never thought anything could be quite as fun as writing letters!
Well, uncle, I’ve told you what I’ve been doing, what about you! Have you done anything interesting lately?

Cross had been grabbed the mail on his way back inside his apartment and quickly went to sit and look through it.
Once he saw Suzan's letter he was very confused and, upon reading it, was even more confused.
When did his (much older) brother have a kid? A half human kid no less! "I thought he was with Geno. Is he not??" He muttered to himself, grabbing some paper to write back.
"Hello Suzan.
I was completely unaware that my oldest brother had a daughter whom I've never heard of.
I'm glad to hear you're doing well and are learning and trying new things.
I'm sad to hear that the post office was closed for so long, but am so glad it's open now.
Recently I've been taking time off work to spend time with my kids. They've been busy with bording school so we haven't been able to see each other much.
My older boys are coming down for the holidays, perhaps you'd like to join my partners and I for a few nights?
